Tin Foil Hat- Guld Coast Tsunami?

Now, my longer readers know that I don't believe every single theory that comes across my desk, and this is another Tin Foil Hat event that I came to me.  I do like Tin Foil Hat theories in one point, it helps us ask, "What If?'  This one caught my eye because I used to live in this area and still have many good friends there.    Here is the video I saw, not that I believe it all, but it does make me think "What If?"
